Weekly rent: beautiful duplex in Seville
The flat is a really lovely duplex, ideal for a couple...even
with child.
It is located in the heart of the historical
center in a pedestrian street.
3 minutes' walk to the cathedral, supermarkets within 2 minutes'
walk, everything within easy walking distance. It is in an old converted
mansion house and is very quiet. It faces the central patio courtyard,
and has large stained glass windows on the first floor (see pictures
above !!). It has a lot of aire.
Upstairs is the double bedroom, modern bathroom with
tub and shower, and a private terracewhich gets sun all afternoon
but has no straight view on the town, roofs being around. All bedlinens
and towels are provided and there is a hairdryer and a washing machine.
The kitchen is more a kitchenette than full kitchen, but we have
lived there for months, my husband and I, straight without trouble,
and it is fully stocked.
The rent includes air-conditioning/heating, electricity, and cleaning..
We also ask for a 200 francs security deposit which is returned
to you within two weeks of your departure from the flat, as protection
against major breakages, lost keys, etc. If you decide to stay
longer, there is a rate reduction.
